A skilled project manager on our side will be assigned to each project and will act as your main contact. The project manager will be organizing all the tasks in the project, will select and run the team and will coordinate all communication and reporting towards you.
Managed Outsourcing works very well for classical development methods like waterfall or XP, but can also be successfully applied for agile projects using SCRUM or other rather dynamic and flexible methodologies.
The key aspect always remains the same: we take complete responsibility for whatever it is you want us to do, including all people and task management.
